Yet when it comes to home services — finding a cleaner, booking a plumber, hiring a gardener — the experience is still stuck in the past. Endless phone calls, vague quotes, and no transparency.

There is no prominent home services platform in Australia that meets how people actually live today. The friction is massive, and both consumers and service providers deserve better.

Fyxes exists to close the gap between home service providers and consumers in Australia. We're building a platform where you can instantly book checked, insured professionals at transparent, upfront pricing — no haggling, no bidding, no surprises.

Fyxes isn't another agency. Our service providers are independent business owners. They set their own hours, choose their availability, and keep control of their schedule. We handle the bookings, payments, and marketing — they focus on doing great work.

Founder

Fyxes was founded by Michelle Hardi, a product designer based in Melbourne who saw first-hand how broken the home services experience is — and believed technology could fix it. What started as a side project in early 2026 is now a platform on a mission to make home services simple, fast, and fair for everyone involved.
